Welcome to HabitPath! By using our app, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HabitPath, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.

2. Eligibility

HabitPath is available for users aged 4 and above. If you are under 13, you must have parental consent to use the app.

3. Description of Service

HabitPath helps users track their habits, analyze progress, and set goals. Certain features, such as premium habit tracking and AI habit analysis, require a paid subscription.

4. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use certain features.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• HabitPath Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
• No refunds are provided except as required by law.

6. Data Collection and Usage

We collect personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Name, email, age, time zone, and profile picture
• User-generated habit data
• Usage analytics and notifications

7. AI-Based Habit Analysis

We use OpenAI’s ChatGPT to generate habit progress analysis. The AI does not make health or medical recommendations.

8. Notifications

HabitPath sends reminders via push notifications using OneSignal. You can enable or disable notifications in your device settings.

9. Analytics and Usage Data

• We collect anonymous usage data to improve HabitPath’s features and user experience. This includes: • App feature usage • Session durations • Crash reports

We use Aptabase for analytics, which does not collect personal information, device identifiers, or track users across different apps. All data is aggregated and used solely for improving our services.

10. Account Deletion

• Users can delete their account at any time through the app settings.
• Upon deletion, all personal data will be permanently erased.

11. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee HabitPath will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss of data or service interruptions.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Albuquerque, NM.
